Infadels s'est formé en 2003 à Londres (Angleterre) autour de Bnann (chant), Matt Gooderson (guitare, programmations), Wag Mashall-Page (basse), Richie Vermin (claviers) et Alex Bruford (batterie). Après avoir obtenu un contrat avec le label Wall of Sound Records, le groupe sort en 2006 son premier album We Are Not the Infadels produit par Jagz Kooner (Primal Scream, Kasabian) et Hugo Nicholson (Björk, My Bloody Valentine). Infadels assure alors des premières parties pour The Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy ou encore Faithless. En 2008, le groupe livre son deuxième opus Universe in Reverse produit par Martin "Youth" Glover (Depeche Mode, The Verve).
